My approach is simple: listen, analyze, and act. I believe marketing should never feel like noise—it should spark curiosity, tell a story, and inspire action. By understanding human behavior, market trends, and your brand’s unique DNA, I design strategies that are creative yet practical, bold yet sustainable. My goal is to turn your challenges into opportunities and your vision into a marketing roadmap that delivers real, measurable results.
From startups to established brands, my work bridges strategy and execution. I help businesses navigate digital transformation, build powerful brand identities, and engage audiences through data-driven campaigns and storytelling. Whether it’s launching a new venture, growing a legacy brand, or creating immersive experiences, I bring hands-on expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for impact. Every project is a partnership—tailored, thoughtful, and driven by results.

I launched my digital marketing career in Oxford in 2014, managing social media for clients across four cities—Oxford, London, Athens, and Thessaloniki. Each business had different needs, different audiences, different problems to solve. While I was figuring out how to make Instagram work for a London pub and LinkedIn work for a Greek export company, I was also on the board of the Business School’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship society and serving as President of the Hellenic Society at Oxford Brookes University.
Those leadership roles did something unexpected. They put me in rooms where student entrepreneurs were pitching ideas and established business owners were looking for fresh talent. I learned that marketing doesn’t exist in a vacuum—it works best when you understand the full ecosystem around a business. That first year taught me to think beyond the campaign and consider the entire context.

My BSc in Psychology and Business Management at Oxford Brookes gave me something most marketers don’t have: formal training in why people make the choices they do. Psychology courses taught me about cognitive biases, decision-making patterns, and what actually motivates behavior. Business management showed me how organizations operate, how resources flow, and where bottlenecks happen.
This combination matters because I don’t guess what might work. When I build a marketing strategy, it’s based on understanding how your customers think, what triggers their interest, and what makes them choose you over a competitor. That foundation has shaped every project I’ve touched since.
The MSc in e-Business and Digital Marketing at the International Hellenic University was where I stopped being someone who uses marketing tools and became someone who understands how they actually work. ICT management, web analytics, data science for business—I wanted to know what happens behind the dashboard, not just what the dashboard shows me.
The program was heavily practical. We worked on real case studies, built actual campaigns, analyzed live data. Every concept I learned, I tested. That hands-on approach meant I graduated knowing not just what to do, but why it works and when it doesn’t. It’s the difference between following best practices and knowing when to break them.

Co-founding KonSept in 2018 was my first experience building something from nothing. As Director of Communications and Marketing, I created our entire digital presence—strategy, content, website, social media infrastructure. We were operating in the Social and Solidarity Economy, which meant our marketing had to balance commercial effectiveness with social mission. I developed content for kalomathe.gr using Creative Commons licensing because we wanted knowledge to be accessible, not gated.
The most rewarding part was working directly with people from vulnerable groups who wanted to start their own businesses. I designed training programs that covered real business and marketing fundamentals—not theory, but practical skills they could use immediately. Then I helped them create actual business plans. Watching someone move from uncertainty to capability, from an idea to a functioning business, showed me that marketing skills can genuinely change someone’s trajectory. That experience matters because it proved I can make complex marketing concepts understandable and actionable for anyone.
My MA in Digital Media, Communication, and Journalism at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was about understanding how information moves through digital channels. For my dissertation, I analyzed how digital platforms influence political campaigns and voter behavior. I examined which messages spread, which ones die, and why.
That research taught me something crucial about modern marketing: attention is the scarcest resource, and persuasion follows specific patterns. I learned how to cut through noise, how to frame messages that stick, and how to build narratives that people want to share. These aren’t abstract skills—they’re what make the difference between a campaign that performs and one that exceeds expectations.

Artelot Media was our experiment with Augmented Reality before most people knew what AR was. We built the first mobile app that used AR to tell city stories. Walk to a point of interest and watch the story unfold on your screen. We attracted hundreds of users within months, and cultural organizations started reaching out asking how they could use our technology for their tourism programs.
My role was positioning something that didn’t exist in people’s minds yet. I had to create the category while marketing the product. This meant crafting partnerships with public institutions, explaining complex technology in simple terms, and demonstrating value before anyone fully understood the medium. That project taught me how to market innovation—not by explaining features, but by showing what becomes possible.

When I took over marketing for Savvikos in 2021, I inherited decades of reputation. The challenge wasn’t creating a brand—it was evolving one without losing what made it trusted. I rebuilt their digital presence, refined their visual identity, and implemented marketing systems that made sense for a food business.
Food marketing is emotional. People aren’t just buying meals; they’re buying comfort, memory, and trust. I focused on authentic storytelling—real ingredients, real preparation, real tradition—while using data to optimize where and how we reached people. The campaigns worked because they honored what Savvikos had always been while making it relevant to today’s customers. That balance—respect for heritage with modern execution—is something I’ve learned to navigate well.

Taking over marketing for Triman Triathlon in February 2023 meant repositioning one of Greece’s major endurance events. I led a complete rebrand, developed a long-term strategic plan, and created content that spoke to what competitive athletes actually care about. I also built digital automation systems that maintained personal connection while scaling communication.
The bigger challenge was commercial growth. I expanded sponsorships by showing partners clear return on investment and increased registrations through targeted campaigns that reached serious triathletes. My approach combined data analysis with athlete psychology—understanding that endurance sport marketing requires speaking to both competitive drive and community. The work transformed Triman from a respected event into the premier triathlon experience in Greece.

I’ve spent over a decade working across every type of business structure—corporate, startup, nonprofit, and everything in between. I’ve consulted for more than 100 clients on branding, digital transformation, social media marketing, website design, PPC advertising, SEO and AEO copywriting, sponsorship development, and content strategy. This range matters because I’ve seen what works across industries, business stages, and budgets.
What makes my approach different is that I combine formal training in psychology and marketing with years of testing, measuring, and refining what actually drives results. I don’t use generic templates or one-size-fits-all strategies. I take time to understand your specific business, your market position, your competition, and your goals. Then I build marketing that fits your reality.
I’ve co-founded companies, so I think like an owner, not just a consultant. I know what it’s like to watch budget closely, to need results quickly, and to make decisions where the stakes are high. That perspective shapes how I work—I focus on outcomes that matter to your bottom line, not activities that look good in reports.
Whether you’re launching something new, trying to grow an established brand, or competing in a saturated market, I bring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and measurable results. Every campaign I create is designed not just for immediate impact but for sustainable growth over time.
